Warm-up and Stay Dry with three fire places

It doesn't look like the rain and cold is going away any time soon so we have moved the majority of our tables into our Luxurious Great room and Formal Dinning room. Three toasty fire places and a very romantic setting are just what this weather calls for.

Hacienda del Lago is open to the public Thursday - Sunday for Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Seating is limited and reservation are recommended. Reservation can be made by phone at 766 0685 or email sales@haciendadellagoajijic.com.

We have our choose three lunch special including margarita or glass of Mexican wine for only $99 pesos as well as our full menu. If you have tried us in the past you will notice a much lower priced menu with a distinctly Mexican menu created by our wonderful Chef Axel.

This season the restaurant at Hacienda del Lago is taking a Traditional Mexican direction. Our new menu features the best and most traditional dishes from around México using the only freshest seasonally available local ingredients.

Caesar Salad

The Caesar Salad, invented by Italian/American Caesar Cardini, was created on one particularly busy night, in 1924, at Cardini’s Tijuana restaurant with what limited ingredients he had left. We follow Cardini’s original recipe using fresh romaine leaves and Parmesan with our traditional Caesar dressing.
