El Cartero
Vista Lake - 3 to 3 1/2 hours with good luck through the mountain pass. Good luck means not getting stuck behind semi's. the pass, west of Cuidad Guzman and ending just before the toll booth should be 15 minutes. There is construction from Colima almost to Tecoman but, while bringing you down to a single lane, has a respectable movement of traffic without delays. Just a slow down zone. The 3 1/2 hour drive would be to the Salaqua turn off into ZLO. I'm sure you know not to take the first cut off into town. That's the Port road and inundated with semi's.
