Friday Garden Barbecue Menu for Friday, February 20th



It's Brisket and Gravy Cooked Low and Slow

If you aren't familiar with Brisket, think tender pot roast - served with rich, red-wine and garlic gravy,

cooked on low for 10 hours in our "Big Sugardaddy" oven.


And for a side dish this week, we're preparing grilled mixed vegetables tossed in

herb-and-garlic infused olive oil. If it's fresh and in season at the local market, we're grilling it!

Eggplant, rainbow bell peppers, carrots, celery, red onions, zucchini, corn, poblanos...and more.​
