Entrees Lamb Shank baked, with rosemaray and parsely butter accompanied with mint cous cous . or Tuna medallions with sauteed corn sauce and mashed avocado hass . Or Duck confit with rosemary braised pineapple , mango sauce and sauteed foie gras . Dessert Tiradito dali : mascarpone cream cheese with orange caramel , raspberry culis, and red fruits. Cost : $ 300 p / p . 7:00 pm starts the entretainment. Entretaiment: We will have the ultra romantic prescence of the Poet John Thomas Dodds, who will delight us with his poems from "Ageing Beautifully in light of you", plus, we will have the premiere of the new Flamenco-Son Jarocho fushion show with singing, music and dance!!!
