Telecable

We signed up with Telecable in late November and have had maybe 4 weeks of fair to good service. We are out west and our line is new. Is this a common problem for everyone? They won't even respond to our service calls and we have 2 outstanding report numbers!!! Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

Service was out the beginning of the week in downtown Chapala and before that speeds like 1-2 megabit, slow
