mkshawn
I am getting more than a little upset by some one in Upper Riberas firing heavy caliber loads at the mountain side. It seems the Police & the Locals take this as a normal event? When we moved here 4-5 yrs ago we had white tailed deer with fawns, many birds, now nothing but the daily barrage of gunfire. What gives? What can a home owner do?
Joco
You are sure it is gunfire and not firecrackers?

Osoprehistorico
There used to be a fireworks factory up there some time ago. Don't know about now.
mkshawn
It is always a possibility, however there are usually 3 distinct sound differences between Bom-Bas and heavy caliber rifle fire: "The chamber firing", "The Short Travel thru the air", the final "SPLAT" Actually several calibers in use, usually heavy, on occasion rapid fire short burst. Nice????????
