ComputerGuy
A friend saw a food truck driving the carretara a couple of days ago; said HAMBURGER and stuff on the side. Anyone else? I'm waiting for the food-truck invasion, with lobster rolls, pulled-pork sandwiches, Asian food... you know.
JayBearII
The only food truck I know of goes around every day with a loudspeaker voiced by a lady who screams, "tamales, gorditas," etc. I can't remember the full list. Noise contamination! But she has been at it for many years now, so she must fulfill a need. It would be possible for me to riff on which local expat conclaves might attract which vendors. But I won't.
Tomas
There are several parked on the North/West corner area of the Chapala Mercado every evening..Plenty of business and take the food items home or find a seat in front of the Mercado and enjoy the weather and families.
