Lucky23
We always enjoy the Mexican food at Viva Mexico. But I was interested in trying their pasta special after learning that a former chef at Bella Vita now works at Viva Mexico. The shrimp fettucini pasta ($120 pesos) was not on the menu as it was a "special" that the wait staff shared with us. I thought it was a treat to eat hand made fettucini that came in a delicate mild tomato sauce with shrimp. I finished my meal with their tiramisu - which I also rate highly. We ate at Viva Mexico today, Friday, and the place looked really nice - all the tables had fresh flowers.
Ginger
I haven't been there in a while so I'll have to go back for the roasted salsa. Great photo.

RVGRINGO
Think of a deliciously stuffed poblano pepper with a nougat sauce topped with pomegranate. It is wonderful.
