No problems here in West Ajijic. Strong wind and heavy rain here last night, which could have moved your antenna slightly out of line. This has happened to me before. The guys at Ajijic Electronics climbed a ladder and fixed it for me.

But it could be that the system just needs rebooting. I do that by unplugging the main plug for 30 minutes and then plugging it back in, waiting 5 minutes, and then turning on the Shaw remote. Worth a try.

Thank you we are going to ry the unplugging. The storm last night was something else so maybe something happen. We are getting the programming list but when we try to connect with any channel, it is telling us we need to pay...Since everything is paid there is a glitch somewhere. Just in time to miss episode 2 of the

Roosevelts, our bad luck.
