I know the difference between unique standards and those that simply imitate others. OK You've yet to explain to us how when someone imports an individual motorcycle anything is inspected or checked. Going on past history, there could be, even though the odds are long, another amnesty for chocolates. But those were generally vote buying schemes around election years.
