kiminmexico
I understand Don Pedro's is closed & that he lost his liquor license. True or no? No loss to me.

purplebeads
Everything was closed up today which I thought was odd.
Mainecoons
Rumor has it that Pedro is in the slammer down in Nayarit. That might have something to do with it. Or maybe the place just didn't cut it. That's hardly a rarity around here. It does look like it has closed up.
kiminmexico
In the slammer!!!!! About time.
RVGRINGO
If he is, in fact, in the slammer, I doubt that he remains eligible to hold a liquor license. That restaurant location has had so many incarnations that I have lost count. I tried them all, but they did not merit a return visit.
ComputerGuy
It's interesting that he is allegedly jailed/imprisoned in Nayarit, which means it has nothing to do with his work here in Jalisco.
Carnivore
Signs are gone. Restaurant is locked up and it's likely with little doubt that many people here at Lakeside and in P.V. very much hope that Don Pedro is locked up also! Long, long overdue! kiminmexico
Yes, long overdue if he is in fact locked up. Hopefully the law finally caught up with him.
daisy2013
he also built houses etc. in Nayarit but I guess those people did not put up with what he did. This really does not surprise me at all.

Carnivore
Pedro Arellano (Don Pedro) finally met his match when he (reportedly) tried to "stiff" a well connected Mexican. He's been two months in jail now on the coast and his trial date isn't until November. However, never to "give up" he's using the ample time that he has to research yet another restaurant concept. "CURVA ENCIMA MI AMIGO" Thus far he's only developed the name!
