snowyco
http://www2.sat.gob.mx/BienvenidoaMexico/opcion02.htm This is the new web page. Cigs is now 10 the other stuff is the same. If we read the webpage recommended, it is for the special Paisano program. According to SAT's other webpages, the normal limits are still in place for normal entries at normal times: http://www.aduanas.sat.gob.mx/aduana_mexico/2008/pasajeros/139_10956.html Paisano program is for Mexican Nationals. For 2014, the special Paisano rules operate during these periods; "El periodo del Programa Paisano para el ejercicio 2014, será el siguiente: Semana Santa: 28 de marzo al 28 de abril de 2014. Verano: 13 de junio al 18 de agosto de 2014. Invierno: 1 de noviembre de 2014 al 8 de enero de 2015." We'll be in the Summer Paisano period in 3 days, until the middle of August. The alcohol limits are the same for both normal periods and Paisano program limits.

el bartman
I have a Customs Declaration for passengers coming from abroad and see no mention of wine; reference alcohol up to 3 liters of alcoholic beverages. This form is as current as two weeks ago. It also limits cigarettes to 10 packs not 20.
