ChrisB
It seems this year despite all our spay and neuter efforts that the puppies and kittens are coming out of the woodwork. It really does get discouraging when you can't help them. Like That little schnauzer, he/she is is just darling. Lucky Dog is right now over the limit and crammed at 23. A woman called me from Chapala Haciendas about some young dogs staying in an abandoned house. The neighbors are feeding them and have even taught them all how to walk on a leash! They are very friendly. If you know of anyone who might be interested please call or email me. 1. Purebred weimaraner female about six months old 2. Two purebred german shepherd girls same age 3. White malemute type male probably older. Hopefully we can relocate them before they come into season and Mr. Malemute steps in. I know all of us Dr. Pepe, Gudren etc are full. If anyone knows a potential adopter for any of these dogs please let me know and I will put them in touch with the woman at Chapala Haciendas. ChrisB
One of the german shepards is a male not both girls.
bournemouth
Is there anyway the two males could be neutered - soon?
Cookie
That won't change anything... if there's an unneutered male within five miles...he'll find her. Unless they're all locked up? Puppies are still possible for a time after neutering...just like people.
Wookie
Well, then, how about fixing the "girls" instead?

Michael Turner
I'm not sure what the story is, but the dog owners have returned and the dogs are gone.
Lakeside Wildlife
Not sure of the whole story..... but the dogs are NOT gone. They are still living at the vacant house. And still pretty thin.... despite the food, a few of us, are giving them.......
