Does anyone know if I will be able to use it in Guadaljara or is the exchange going to pose a problem. Anyone had any experience with this. Thank you. I know my membership card works outside the country I purchased it in, but does a gift card issued up North really work down here? Members and non-members may use the cash cards to shop at any Costco location in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and online at Costco.com or on Costco.ca. Costco Cash balances may be used toward membership or merchandise.
