I walked away because they had no intention of using the funds to make the library product better. It is time for this conversation to end, however I am concerned with the $8000 US cost of an outside audit firm for donitario status in anticipation of large donations. Especially when you say, who seem to speak for the board, that they realize raising $1.5 million isn't feasible at this point. That is betting on the come, which isn't ever a good thing.
