suzanjo
Flax oil sold at the shop beside Gossips restaraunt. Probably the store to have what you seek.
hensley
I use a lot of Flax and I have never seen it here locally or at Abastos in Guadalajara. Many recipes I use call for it and I just use the regular and it is fine, I think it is more of a color thing than anything else. Or I might add 1/2 Flaxseed and 1/2 Soy Flour. Betsy
I have bought Bobs Red Mill golden Flax seed at Superlake but they have not had any in a while. I do use the brown flax a lot but I prefer the golden ones. ..whole seeds not oil or ground.
More Liana
I have read that unless you grind flax seeds, they give you no nutritional benefits--they only 'pass through'.http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/flaxinfo.htm
