ajijicbound
We got our new tires at GoodYear behind the Pemex in Ajijic. Less than Costco.
Bourbonman
Go see Tony at Goodyear adjacent to Soriana I have bought for my Toyota & other cars & recommended to many people
ComputerGuy
You need a guy like Tony or Escalera, because you'll want them balanced. Corner guys don't do that properly.
Bourbonman
Escalara is not in the tire business & is very expensive. Me & my friends have not had ethical experiences at Escalara Goodyear balances, aligns, & rotates with the price

Alpha1
I found the tire store opposite the fire dept on the libermento very well priced and they sell TOYO tires, the only tires I put on my cars. Toyo tires have been voted number one in product quality for the last eight years by Tire Review magazine that conducted a study of independent tire dealers. Go Solar
Goodyear Chapala. Antonio & Antonio. They include an alignment with each set of 4 tires, are competitive, competent, and they take good care of their customers.
El Saltos
See Ernesto at the former Michelin, now Bridgestone, store on the Libramiento just past the tech school. He had several brands, good people, and modern equipment. He's been in the tire business for many years and is a former employee of Bridgestone in Mexico. qt9998
Thanks for all the recommendations everyone. I certainly appreciate it. But how about shock absorbers? That might help me decide between the two Goodyear and the shop on the Libramiento.

CHILLIN
Try to find General Tires, they are made in Mexico and highly rated in U.S. consumer reviews. Will be 25% less than U.S. or Japanese imports. http://www.generaltire-neumaticos.com.mx/turismo
fotoflyer
You misunderstand my questiion. I am not asking what tires to buy.
