johanson
Yep, that's right. Daylight savings time ends this weekend (Sunday morning) in Mexico and not until next weekend up North. So for a week our TV from up north comes one 1 hour earlier.
Oatsie
Pete.... I'm not so sure that it is this coming weekend. This web page says that in Ontario, we change to Eastern Standard time at 2 AM on Sunday, Nov 3rd. http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/clockchange.html?n=188&year=2013

PULELEHUA
Oatsie: Yes, it is true that the US and Canada change the clocks back on November 3. However, all of Mexico except for the states bordering the US turn the clocks back at 2 am October 27th. Thus the one week of time disjunction Pete was so kindly trying to remind us all about. ComputerGuy
Pete is correct. Yes, the time changes on Nov 3 in Ontario, but as he pointed out, it's a week earlier in Mexico. See here: When local daylight time is about to reachSunday, October 27, 2013 at 2:00:00 AM clocks are turned backward 1 hour toSunday, October 27, 2013 at 1:00:00 AM local standard time instead Sunrise and sunset will both be about 1 hour earlier on Oct 27, 2013 than the day before http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/clockchange.html?n=
johanson
You are right Oatsie. We, here in Mexico, change this Sunday morning to Standard Time, but everyone else north of the Mexican border don't change for another week, at least that is what is what Hazel McCallion of Mississauga said. That is why on the West coast, for example, the time difference is only one hour for a week, instead of two hours. Oh by the way, Hazel McCallion has let the world know that the Greater Toronto area, you know GTA, has now been changed to GMA. now, that according to her, Mississauga is more important and larger than Toronto.
