Holiday rental/house sit

I have dear friends coming from Vancouver for a month (mid-Dec to mid-Jan). They are looking for a rental or house site which is close to Ajijic village. They're familiar with the area. I'm hoping if someone has a casita they're not using or they will be gone during that time and could use house-sitters, they will contact me. Their exact days are flexible. They want a comfortable bed, kitchen and dining facilities because they love to cook. They are willing to pay up to $1,000 for the month.
