You might want to check that out. Maybe you still can. Exactly. I bought a computer last year from Dell Mx and called to make sure the order was taken correctly for a English keyboard. Now the operating system you have to double check. I upgraded to Win 7 Ultimate, because that is the only Win OS version that you can change languages.
