Ellie Posted September 1, 2013 Report Share Posted September 1, 2013 With certainty the U.S. Consulate will be at LCS the SECOND Wednesday of each month until the end of the year. The schedule next year is NOT certain at this point. The signup sheet is available at LCS at 10 am the same day and the consulate arrives about 10:20 - 10:30.
