valbogyo
I read, on Mexconnect, that a woman in Mexico City discovered that her card had a chip in it and her neighbors did not. It appears the neighbor received their card earlier in the year. Has there been a change in the types of cards issued?

More Liana
Judy got hers on July 17 or 18. It has a bar code.
valbogyo
GPS chip?? I doubt it. I imagine the chip as you see in a credit or debit card, where you slide it into a device to enter a pin before using. Not certain what the woman was describing. Mine, like More Liana's wives card, has a bar code. No chip. I was curios if this is a new development. I guess we will just have to see.
