Ajijic Posted August 8, 2013 Report Share Posted August 8, 2013 Go on line and try a reset in Shaw's troubleshooting section of their web site. They also have a chat troubleshooting service that works great. You will need your account number, Canadian address, phone number etc. I used that service twice and as recent as this week. Do NOT tell them you are in Mexico. As of May they are not to provide service outside of Canada as I was told this week. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
El Saltos Posted August 8, 2013 Report Share Posted August 8, 2013 It sounds like maybe your TV is not set for the proper input. Check your Input setting. What type of connection do you have between your Shaw box and your TV? If it's coax then tune to Ch 3 or 4. Or ger Helper Guy to help you get it right. ComputerGuy Posted August 8, 2013 Report Share Posted August 8, 2013 I think El Saltos has figured it out: using your TV remote, look for a button marked INPUT, or SOURCE, or TV/VCR, and press it until you get some action.
