thevalerieleigh Posted June 7, 2013 Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 I can tell you there is a high intensity Zumba class in the Ajijic Cultural Center on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:30 and a moderate intensity Zumba class there at 6:30 or 6:45 more or less. Arely teaches the first class and is a bit more intense than Anna who teaches the 6:30 (ish) class. I consider the one at 5:30 to be a 2 liter/water class and the one at 6:30 to be a single liter/class so depending on if you want to take one or both, plan accordingly.
