Ideally looking for an up-to-date 2-3 bedroom with attractive garden area(s). Prefer master bedroom on floor level or even better, all one-level home. We would like it unfurnished and to start in August (earlier is a possibility) and for a one-year lease. (We can also store our furniture in town if necessary). We are retired, no pets, quiet life style and financially capable. A reader suggested we post our rental price range. From what I can see looking at listings, we might find something in the $900-$1,200 US range and that is very doable. We are flexible upwards for the ideal spot.
