Houdini Posted February 17, 2013 Report Share Posted February 17, 2013 The Newly remodeled Auditorio is ready to welcome all the cultural events on Lakeside! Last Friday 15th opened its doors after weeks of building. A magnificent improvement has been done in acoustics, electrics and air conditioning. The opening ceremony displayed a sample of the vibrant cultural life from lakeside, showcasing the CREM orchestra, Los cantantes del Lago, Classical Ballet and the Folkloric Ballet from San Juan Cosala and had special guests like the Secretary of Culture, Alejandro Cravioto and the Mayor of Chapala. Also there awards were given to important cultural personalities. (Picture Below) The next event programmed at the auditorio is the piano concert KEYED FANTASIES Tuesday, Feb. 19, 7:30 pm as part of the Northern Lights Music Festival, featuring the pianist Jasmin Arakawa, that has performed in venues such as the Carnegie Hall and the renowned French Canadian violinist Veronique Mathieu.
