I tried 2 credit cards and they would not accept the cards one was US card and one was Mexican both are good. stanburn Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 I have had a Telcel smartphone for 3 years now and have never had trouble with my credit card. By the way it is from the U.S. Are you trying to download from the Google Play Store or an app from the Telcel store? I would probably start by restarting the phone, log out of your google account (needed to access the play store) and then try again.
