carib
Please write down your complete story! Thanks. There is not much to be told. We did it through Mago's. Started November 9. Only had to have copies of my passport, photos was done by Mago's as part of their fee. No other papers. Been waiting for a long time. In the meantime my mother died and I travel to Puerto Rico. It was a matter of hours when I had to go out of the country. A form was given to me the day before I left. I paid nothing for the form. This was also done by Mago's in one hour. When I came back I showed the form to the Customs guy and he gave me the ok. Simple. It is worth every penny we paid for this to be done. The day before I left I had to go to Immigration in Chapala for my fingerprints and signature. They were so gracious that they came out to the car for me to do this. I was in a very bad shape (emotionally).
carib
When did you apply? Was it first renewal? Did you need financials? Not our first renewal. We've been here for 8 years. No financials. We did it in Chapala thru a facilitator.
ichbinsaege
I suspect that Mago's added the cost of the travel letter to your grand total.

carib
I suspect that Mago's added the cost of the travel letter to your grand total. They did not. I paid the total of the visa fees before I knew I had to travel out of the country and 650 pesos each for their services upon the delivery of the visas to us.. ichbinsaege
That's great then! (not great about the circumstances in needing it, but great that they didn't charge you)
