Luis Enrique Ramos Bustillos

Notario #2

Calle del Parque Ote. 60

He did closing on our house, prepared our Mexican wills and Powers of Attorney. Very happy with his professionalism, capabilities, etc.

I have worked along with Spencer on this type of legal documentation. As a healthcare provider here, I ask the direct and appropriate questions, print it out and add it to my patient's medical chart. Then Spencer (in conjunction with me can have it legally translated into Spanish) and have appropriately done for the NOTARY PUBLIC to sign and seal.

But whatever why and whomever you get to do it for you, make sure your doctor has a notarized copy in your or loved one's medical chart.

In Mexico there are 3 ways a power of attorney can be done legally. The easiest is through a notario in Mexico but other options would be one from the US with an apostille and translation or one prepared and or signed at a Mexican consulate outside Mexico.
