Can anyone tell me if I can just walk in, or if I need an appointment for an exam? Thanks in advance for advice about other places to go, but I have already decided on Costco. First time my wife went we didn't have an appointment, but the guy fit my wife in. He told us we should have an appointment. I also buy my hearing aids at Costco and always need an appointment. Costco is great for getting eyeglasses--good lab work, good frame selection in wide range of prices. You might find it more convenient to get an exam locally Lakeside and have the prescription filled at Costco. I just noticed yesterday that the Integrity Clinic has an ophthamologist.
