Liver & Onions in Ajijic?

Sear it in a skillet over high heat. Maybe 30-45 sec. a side. It should be pink inside. Cook it much longer and it turns to leather.

I fry a few pieces of bacon and in the grease add sliced onions and cook. Then sear the liver as Atlas says. Pile the bacon and onions on the liver and OMG. Bacon fat may not be the best for you, but a couple of times a year won't kill you. Serve with mashed potatoes. My mouth is watering.

Because of this darn post my mouth watered for LIVER AND ONIONS WITH BACON (and ketchup, please!) so I went to Yves for lunch today and again, it was incredible! I will try the other places suggested. I do like to post when a place as a food I crave and it is always good. YUMMY!
