maw7815 Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 Here is my very easy recipe for marscapone that I use when making tiramisu. Make Your Own Marscapone 1 8 oz pkg Philedelphia brand cream cheese (190 gr ok) 2 Tbl. butter 1/4 cup heavy cream Mix all together using a hand mixer or mixmaster.
