Augustin is serving a fantastic ponche caliente in honor of the cold and rainy weather (maybe the torch too). I tasted guayaba, jamaica, cinnamon, and two or three mysterious ingredients I couldn't quite place....But it was just perfection, with chunks of guayaba, steaming hot and absolutely right for this dreary day, or any other, for that matter!
