LCS Mix and Match Event

Here is the schedule for the May 30 Mazamitla trip:

10:30 am - Depart from Sculpture Entrance to La Floresta (Headed toward Chapala turn right at the first street after the auditorium).

12:30 pm - Four course lunch at Alpina Posada overlooking Mazmitla square ($100 pesos WITH tip)

3:30p - Return to Ajijic (Note: possible stop in Manzanilla de la Paz or other scenic village time permitting)

Mazamitla is a 12th century alpine village with an altitude of 7300 ft, Nestled in the pine forest, it will be the perfect place to spend the day in hot, muggy May! We will enjoy lunch upon arrival in the town and afterwards walk around for sightseeing and shopping and admire the Pesosuthentic Norwegian style buildings that still stand. On our way back, if time permits, we will stop at a quaint village.

The bus holds 45 people so it will be first come first served. A poll will be put up on Yahoo Group AND TICKETS WILL BE PUT ON SALE AT THE LAKE CHAPALA SOCIETY OFFICE ON MONDAY, MAY 16 from 10:00-12:00 at a price of $275 for LCS members and $295 for non-LCS members.
