Mad_Max
Thanks for your confidence, guys and I do appreciate it. Once, very long ago, I did spend the better part of a day searching out this law and the one requiring current registration of vehicles. Unfortunately, I didn't bookmark the information or try to do a translation. I read it, accepted it and I pass on the fact to those who ask. Unfortunately, some may chose not to believe me, or anyone else. It seems they have some pretty firm beliefs of their own and just can't give them up. I suspect that Marielouise may be one of thoise folks and all I can suggest is that, belief seldom has much to do with reality. It is also a fact that restaurants are hurting and really hesitate to turn down a paying customer for any reason. As such, we should not put them in that position. The fines can be as much as $50,000 pesos. Perhaps Marielouise would reimburse a restaurant that was fined and/or closed on her account. Just the facts, Ma'am.
