Octavio Posted November 30, 2010 Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Hello everyone, next friday there is going to be an important event in "La Vela" at the west end of the chapala's malecón celebrating the International handicap day. It'll begin at 4 o'clock with a duration of around 2 hours. There will be music and dancing with hancapped children, also there will be a very gifted handicapped boy playing the piano.
