Lakesidechaps Posted July 15, 2010 Report Share Posted July 15, 2010 Looking for amaranth I find only the 'cerial' (popped) amaranth, either natural or with honey. the walkers Posted July 15, 2010 Report Share Posted July 15, 2010 the fields are full of amaranth right now. the young leaves can be eaten as spinach and the grain heads harvested. we have seen the popped grains and the ones covered with honey,but....
