That is where travelers get their vehicle permits and tourist visas. I assume that is where permits are cancelled and immigration matters are handled. I crossed at Piedras Negras last month and was able to turn in a tourist visa and cancel a vehicle permit...but I forgot to get my own FM3 stamped...wonder what trouble that is going to cause me when I go back?
