solajijic
This nice place drops off our radar too often, probably because its located out of the way. We stopped in last night for dinner and the special was NOT beef medallions, which aren't bad, but it was Pork Mexicana. Two large, thick smoked pork chops in pineapple spicy sauce with great rice and perfectly done vegies. More to eat than we needed, doggy bags for 3 of us. Dinner for two, ice water to drink since its too hot for alcohol, $164 but my other half had ribs, so I don't recall the cost of the pork chops. Shira
Sadly Tio Domingo's food is very inconsistent. Salvador is a sweetheart but eating there is a crapshoot.

We have been dinning there for almost 8 years and have never had a bad meal .
Guest chapalajoe
Sadly Tio Domingo's food is very inconsistent. Salvador is a sweetheart but eating there is a crapshoot. I hate to hear that, because -- although I've gone there only three or four times -- I've always found the food to be wonderful (as well as the service)! It's one of my favorite places, and I always recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. Give 'em another go and accept the possibility that it was just an "off-day"!
