Guest bubba2too
That was fun if a bit too revealing.
dblodgettjr
I got a 62 and just squeaked into level 5, but I think I can probably pick 'em out on paper better than I can remember them when talking.
RVGRINGO
I agree; having got a 61, I felt exactly the same way. I find it fairly easy to read and understand the text but when speaking, it is seldom that I use tenses that I recognise only in written Spanish. I also find that I can speak and be understood much better than I can understand others; especially at their normal speed and with the inclusion of forms or idioms which are way beyond my ken. Living at Lakeside does not provide 'immersion'; maybe it is time for a trip away from the English speaking community to get off this 'linguistic plateau' where I seem to be trapped by my own laziness. It may be time to jump into the deep end.
