Thirsty Turtle update

Stopped in yesterday after Spanish class for beer and burgers. The draft Indio was ice cold, served in generous mugs and a screaming steal at 10 pesos. The burgers were similarly excellent, very tasty, no gristle. The papas were prepared to perfection.

Service was OK, a little inattentive a few times but with a smile and happy to let us practice our Spanish.

Only downer is NO POSTRES!

Nice to hear that there was no gristle as that is why we stopped going there .Daniel was never there when we went or we would have said something about the quality of the burger .We will return and give it another try . Thanks for the udate .

John, I think the price is similar. What is nice about the Turtle is that if you go there during the Happy Hour, the beers are an absolute steal to go with the burgers. We also prefer the papas at Turtle.

We like both places, Turtle is just very convenient when we are returning from Spanish class and that is the day the Big Boss definitely doesn't want to cook.
