Happy 2019 to everyone. Bonne Annee. Since the grilling season is still in far off in the future, we decided to bring you some of these summer flavors right now in January. From January 12 and until the 27, "Oui Oui" is celebrating both Grilled & Smoked Meats & Chef Daniel is making from La Cote de Boeuf (aka Cowboy Steaks) to Texas Style Ribs. Our Grill and Smoker (both from Texas) have been up and running for a week now, the first red hot, and the second one low and slow.
