Recently bought and moved into a house in Jocotepec, 35+ years old. Have a variety of maintenance, renovation, addition jobs that I require contractors for: connect to sewer retaining wall and sidewalk new roof addition-workshop excavation/drainage/damp-proofing to fix sillitrae problem My Spanish is at a beginner level, so important the contractor can speak English well enough for the 2 of us to communicate effectively. Any suggestions/referrals/references etc. appreciated.

I'd like to recommend Antonio Nuñez as an excellent overall home maintenance, renovation and construction contractor. The work he has done for us includes a complete casita renovation (including new tile flooring), a complete bathroom renovation, extensive selitre repair, lots of interior and exterior painting, and even creating and installing a wrought-iron security gate over our CFE meter. Antonio SPEAKS ENGLISH and is an extraordinarily honest, trustworthy and very nice guy. Here is his contact information: Antonio Nuñez Antonio’s Cell Phone: (333) 474-4322
