  5. Does anyone have experience having a gazebo built? We're looking to have one built that's about 12' X 12'. Costco has one in kit form using cedar for close to $1800us but I would like to think one could be built somewhat cheaper. If you've had one built and are happy with the result, could you let me know who did the building? Thanks.
  6. I contacted Julio Mireles of JM/ARQ Construction who recently started posting here to ask him if he knew where I could find a sealer for my mirador. He replied with a very helpful and detailed email having located the product Lakeside and informing me where. In addition, he contacted the manufacturer without me asking, to confirm the correct application of the product to make sure it was what I needed. Even offered to pick it up for me.
