A friend of mine who does not use chapala.com found a wallet belonging to Lauren Esther Fonda. It was found on Rio Lerma. If you contact me I will tell you how you can get ahold of her. She said there was no money in the wallet.

I do not know his experience with a Canadian passport but the man across from Manix Restaurant is EXCELLENT. He did the picture for my new passport a few months back and I can highly recommend him.

Has anyone else had their shopping bags stolen from their cart while shopping in Walmart? Once before I lost one of my two Soriana bags in Walmart. Today, I had my last Soriana bag and one of the green Walmart bags stolen from my cart. The first time I did not realize I was missing one bag until I got to the checkout. Today, I noticed both bags were missing while I was still shopping. I did a fast walk around the store looking for the brown Soriana bag in someone's cart. No luck. I bought a Walmart bag while checking out this morning. I will probably buy a second one next week. No big financial loss but it is very annoying.

Several years back the Chapala Government setup a program for recycling. Different colors, different trucks to pick up different material on different days. They cannot even handle normal garbage pickup, much less all of that. It never got off of the ground. I am grateful when I get my weekly pickup of yard waste and garbage.

Recycling has been tried several times here and it has never worked.

Is the highway in that area being re-surfaced?

There are other dentists in Dr. Haro's office in Rilberal Del Pilar. Just call the office in Riberas del Pilar at 376 765 3193 and ask for an appointment to have your teeth cleaned. You will not see Dr. Pilar himself. My dentist, Dra. Pilar, is excellent. You should not have to wait very long to see one of the dentists. I have been going there since 2004. I only saw Dr. Pilar himself twice. I believe he is mostly in Guadalajara.

I found the same thing. I fear it may be the new normal.

For 20 years I have just been lifting the lid on my aljibe and looking. It helps to have a flashlight. Over the years I have become pretty good at estimating how much in the there, and when to call for a water truck delivery. My aljibe holds somewhat over 10,000 Liters.

Well, if you never drive away from Lakeside you are probably safe. If you are stopped by a policeman you can just tell him you do not have to have your car checked.

I found it last evening by writing in the name Harry and Meghan in the want to read area, otherwise it was nowhere to be found.

Maybe there is hope. The first three were there automatically.

A question for those of you living at Lakeside. I have not yet received the second three episodes of Harry and Meghan, and yet I keep reading it was available on Thursday. What about some of you....Have you received the latest episodes?
