  1. This is a very difficult website to address anything. Their internal portal is a do-loop of frustration. MLM (Mercado Libre Mexico) has no customer support phone, or email capacity, nor do they prescribe to WhatsApp in terms of support. The folks that have replied do not do anything to help you, and contradict themselves from one encounter to another. I still have an unresolved issue with my DEBIT Card, which they will not accept and have yet to correct the issue. II has been 4 months and counting. I would not expect much from them. I am going to be cancelling my account as of today. They really do not care about the customer in any manner.
  2. I have had some issues with ML Mexico. They cancelled my VISA Debit Card I had been using on the account without explanation. A chargeback was resolved, but the card will not be accepted. The representative, Maria, has offered no explanation as to what is going on internally in their billing system. It is quite frustrating. Their is no email, phone or WhatsApp support for ML Mexico and I have yet heard from senior management. Does anyone have any idea how to get ahold of a competent representative at ML Mexico who can resolve an issue like this? Their website portal has no capacity to contact or direct questions to correctly. What's up with that? Thanks for your help.
