Can a US citizen/RP get TIP for a Canadian plated vehicle titled/registered to her son? Can a US citizen/RP who is not the TIP holder legally drive an imported US or CDN plated vehicle in Mexico? Found several similar threads but did not find these two issues addressed. Thx.
