Medicar Advantage Provider

The recaudadora does NOT have the window stickers nor the Tarjetas de Circulacion, related to annual car renewal. One must return to recieve them (and they are necessary). In Chapala they said they would have them n a couple weeks, in Jocotepec they said April.

Has anyone found a Medicare Advantage provider that offers MX coverage? Would be less expensive / more profitable for coverage provider. And better for us.
