Your best bet would be to buy a used car seat you can go to Mercado Libre, they might sell in there.

I have bought it for my wife at practically any pharmacy, cheap, and without a prescription. They have generic brands at Farmacias del Ahorro, and other pharmacies that are cheaper than the patent ones.
