Hello Drew.  We switched to total play from telmex.  It was awesome.  then our grandson came to live with us, he is a serious gamer.  The router is down stairs, not close, his gaming computer is upstairs.  We got the extender from Total Play.  He use to say the wifi in Texas was the best.  Now he says this is awesome and probably the reason he wants to live here in mexico with us...lol...

And that young man is single and took his neice as a baby and has raised her while in a wheel chair ever since.  She is 15 now.  I wonder how many of us would do that.  I have utmost respect for him and he always has a smile on his face.

Hi Paula, weve always had a box fan on high  or mediam by our heads at night to "white noise" dogs, parties, fireworks.  We hear nothing.  Have you tried that?  If cold we face the fan towards the wall and works great.

Has anyone taken their small dog in a little carrier on one of the buses to the border?  I know what their rules say that they must be under the bus.  BUT on our city bus many times I'v had my small dog and the driver doesnt care.  So I was hoping maybe I could pay him a little to overlook her.  She never barks, ever, is very small and sleeps all the time.  The carrier looks like a cold drink carrier.  Has anyone had experience?  I will not fly.

Hi Phil, we go to the lab on the street right behind Central (the bus station) in chapala on the east side.  It is exactly one half of the cost of Chopo in Riberas.  They do not speak english.

yes, we just returned from walmart, Played "maze" to get in there.   And there are more lights at that one intersection than in  all of New york City !!!!   lol

we have crossed 27 times in the past 6 years.  Never a problem coming into mexico.  Always have dogs.  Many times no one even manning the bridge. Most of the time dont even ask to see passports.

I called the Guadalajara social security office as the website was not help  The lady in GUAD said if we have a foreign address it will be deposited into our bank acct in July !!!  Has anyone else heard this????

  Our friend who is moving here wants to know if she can get the drug Humira here.  It is for a skin disorder.  We went to 2 pharmacies yesterday and they said maybe Guadalajara.  It is by injection and has to be on ice.  Just curious if anyone here uses it and where do they get it?  Next I will call a dermatologist.  Thank you for your help.

We have company coming for a month.  She is a lawyer and must work from home.  She needs to upload, download, video chat with zoom.  Right now we have the 30 megas for $399. This works for me as i download things that are sent to my email. I am totally illiterate when it comes to knowing things like this.  But for someone that must work from home and needs these services could someone advise me that also works from home if i need to upgrade my internet????  Telmex offers:
